Delivery & Return Policy
SHALL Boutique provide worldwide delivery for both local, and international shipping. Your purchase will be shipped to you within 2-3 weeks from the day we receive the payment. DHL is our shipping partner. If you have DHL account simply Log-in and put your tracking number in the menu, or if you don’t have DHL account go to “” Find out more”, then click Tracking and enter your tracking number. You can track your shipping by visiting www.mydhl.dhl.com
The work times and shipping the orders are 5 days per week, with the exception of Fridays and KSA Public holidays.
Since products are made to order and customize based on customers’ requirements and given sizes, return/exchange are not accepted.
SHALL Boutique have not responsible about an inaccurate measurement provided by the customer. All measurements / sizes provided by the customer are their responsibility

At SHALL, our staff glad to adjust your orders. You will be able to amend your Abaya after two weeks only of receipt. Fees of alteration is the customer’s responsibility and depends on what kind of alterations.
Our Establishment have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. If there’s an issue of receiving a damaged Abaya because of production, the customer has the right to refund which equivalent for the item only. Delivery charge is not included in the amount to be refunded. For any return request based on production damage, customers shall contact Shall & Co. within 2 days after receiving the order at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and the defect.
