Is it possible to adjust the order after receipt?
In case that the size does not meet the required specifications and conform to Shall Size Guide (please see how to measure length and width ..) Yes, it will be amended for free.
In the case that the problem is due to one of the sizes given by the customer, the amendment order can be accepted according to our vision of the possibility of doing this and its availability such as (shorting/cutting only – narrowing only) in a simple manner (2 inch) and will the customer will be informed with the approval or rejection when requesting the amendment.
The request for amendment is within 3 days from the date of receipt
Amendment fee is the customer’s responsibility and depends on the type of amendment
Is it possible to preview or check the products before purchasing?
No, it’s not possible. But, all of our products contain a detailed description, of sizes, fabric material and quality in addition to high-quality original photos, to give you an accurate description of the product, but maybe there will be a slight difference from reality, as it depends on the lighting of the computer/mobile screen you use and other factors. In case you want to view the products on the ground, you can visit one of the updated showrooms on our Instagram account and buy from them directly.
Can the order be returned or cancelled?
Since products are made to order and customize based on customers’ requirements and given sizes (length/width), return/exchange are not accepted.
How long does the order take to be delivered at Shall?
The delivery time for ready-made orders is within (3-5) working days, while tailoring orders take (15-20) working days. (Dates are flexible)
How can I track the order at Shall?
Our delivery to outside of Riyadh is through our partner, DHL. If you have an account, you only need to log in and put your tracking number in the list. Go to “Discover more” then click “Tracking” and enter the tracking number. You can track your shipping by visiting www.mydhl.dhl.com.
Do gift cards and packaging available?
Yes, gift cards will be available soon. We are working on preparing this service, so please check our website regularly for the latest services or communicate with the customer service team. Also, please inform us that the product you purchase is for gifting purpose to put it in a box and add the gift card.
How do I know if a product is not in stock?
You can choose the order and specify the size and then the status of the product will appear.
A ‘Currently Unavailable’ mark will appear next to the product if this product is out of stock and will be available soon, also a “SOLD OUT” mark appears if the product is completely implemented.
How can I find out that Shall Boutique received my order?
After registering your request, you will receive an email to inform you of the receipt of your request, in case you choose direct bank transfer as the payment method, this requires sending a bank transfer receipt to the sales team firstname.lastname@example.org to approve the request; In the event that other payment methods are chosen, your order will be accepted and approved once the card / payment amount is approved and the amount is deducted.

Shall Boutique offers its services exclusively to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman. If you wish to ship to other countries, please contact customer service.
